Main thing would be to write what the diagnostic info was and plan, plus what specifically was done to solve problem as well as other possibilities on the payment sheet so both parties have reference if what was implemented did not work. I thought diagnostic amount meant that was what it was going to cost to fix it, not a separate part of the bill. I can say I thought John was very good listening and thinking about the problem before implementing a plan and then continue when it didn't completely solve the problem and another step was necessary. He was very patient with me and professional with the service he implemented.
