tech was on time .not sure if problem with fridge was solved. giving it a week before i call back.for a company promisiing same or next day service it took 4 days to get service . you need to take that off your advertisement.right now i'm in the middle with rating the company

while i was pleased with your initial set up everything went down afterwards. I received no information/call/text from the technicians visit about what the issue with my oven was. Even when i called back asking for information, i did not receive a call back after leaving my information. I called 2 days later and had to leave my information again until the next day before i got a call back. Then i have to reschedule an appointment a week later for a tech to visit and fix my issue. Something that your website suggested will take a day is now taking 2 weeks, if all goes as planned. you certainly could have done better with the communication.
