Juan was here on time. Did his best to keep my place clean while doing his work. (He was working on the fridge and a bunch of ice came out) He explained everything to me and what I had to do so I wouldn't have this problem again.

I was grateful that the repair technician arrived on schedule. He explained to me what the trouble was and was very polite. I WISH that Mr. Appliance was also able to do the VENT cleaning, as this is something I will need to have done, regularly, so I would have liked to contract with Mr. Appliance to do that. Maybe in the future if you expand your services to include that, you could let me know.
