The reason I graded a 6: Although, it is not Deans fault, the LG technician recommended changing the motherboard. Which I did, and, it was not the reason my refrigerator was not cooling. But, listening to Dean I believe the problem is the thermistor and I will replace. I'll see what happens. The quality of work Dean did, I give a 10 for thoroughness and speed. Which is the reason I believe my problem is a temperature issue. But, not solving the problem makes me believe I wasted $86. If it is the thermistor it is because of Deans explanation and knowledge that I might be able to fix the refrigerator. If i would have received a fixing of my issue, I would have graded a 10 all around grade.

The service man was polite, personable, professional, competent, and carefully explained my options before completing the repair. Also, they were able to come out the same day I called.

I had dryer issues. The tech came out to the house on a Wednesday and let me know he had to order a part for it to work. I told him that it would be fine but I was going out of town early Friday morning. I just figured it would get taken care of after I got back in a week. The office called the next day to let me know the part was in and the tech could fix my dryer that day and he did. I was able to get some laundry done before I left. I am so thrilled with Mr. Appliance and will recommend them to everyone I know!
