Chris Sims from Glass Doctor of Seattle (W Washington) was fantastic from start to finish. Chris always had a smile in his face while explaining what, how and when it was going to be replaced. When the job was done, I was very happy with the replacement. The job was tricky because our home has high ceiling and we has to selectively replace +10 windows in different sizes. Chris matched the colors of the windows and did flawless job to do exactly what was described in the beginning. Alayna Sowders was the one who I relied on to connect with Chris, learn more about my options, and get the quote at a price range I was looking for. She works in the office, but she is indeed an expert in glasses, and I had a great learning session with her via phone on my different options. In all, I would highly recommend to anyone that I know who is looking for any glass jobs. Highly reliable and puts customer first above all else. Thank you, Glass Doctor of Seattle!

The two people I interacted with were professional, responsive, answered my questions. Excellent customer service. Matthias did an expert job replacing the window and cleaning up. He was efficient and friendly. I will call Glass Doctor and ask for him whenever I need glass work. Thank you. (I prefer that you not post my name thank you.)
