Hi, The work done was great. My slider moves very smoothly now and that is good. The guys that did the job were nice and polite. From the initial inquiry call to the initial appointment to assess my sliding door was flawless. The guys showed up on time and assessed the situation. The work they did to repair the door was great and efficient. With that said, the communication within your business needs to improve. It started with the repair guys telling me that I'd get a call within a couple days to give me a price for the job. I didn't hear from your business for a week. I did call and went back and forth on the phone for several more days until the correct bid came in. I think you had me down for 4 sliding door repairs at $700 dollars. There was only 1 door. I was told that some people were out of office and one of the secretaries hadn't even received the information about my account from the repair guys initially? The only reason I stayed working with you guys is that everyone was polite. In short, I think you need to work on your communication system of taking bids, communicating that with whoever will call the client with said bid, and making sure you get back to a client within 24 hours with a bid. So, I think a score of 8 is fair considering your work was good, the business is polite, but communication needs to improve. I will not put this review on Yelp because I don't think that's fair unless I'm prepared to give 5 stars. That's just my way and I hope you take this summary of my experience into consideration in trying to improve your business. Sincerely, Mark Tacy
