I was very impressed with the promptness of the workers. They gave it an entire day, each day they were on the job. (Took several days to complete my house) I would highly recommend them if you need your house painted. Beautiful job!

Matt went through the house and wrote down what we wanted to be done, we were hoping the job could be completed before our furniture arrived. He went out to his truck and came back with a detailed nicely printed estimate in a very professional folder. We had three rooms in bubble gum pink/purple/lime green that needed to be painted in more neutral colors----he allowed three coats to make sure it would be all covered. His crew arrived and worked hard for three days getting the job completed before the moving van arrived. Thank you Matt and crew.

The sales rep did a good job when he came out here and gave me a quote, explaining everything that was included (prep work) and clean up. After he gave me the quote I called him back a couple of days later and told him I wanted you guys to do the job. He came back to my house with paperwork I needed to sign and I gave him a deposit of $ 1,000.00. He said he would email me a receipt. Prior to his leaving I asked how soon they would be able to start and I was told that the crew he was sending was just finishing a job and could be out the following Monday. That following Monday I saw no contractors and received no phone call of explanation so I called the office and ask to speak with Matt and was told he was in a meeting and would call me when he came out. I got no phone call, so the following day I tried again to call him direct and he answered. Matt told me he had called and left a message on my phone but I wasn't showing any missed calls or voicemails. The painters show up about three weeks later and luckily I still had the sheet with all the stain colors on it because I had to show the painter what color stain was supposed to go on my fence. When I went out to check on their progress, I was informed that they would finish up what they were doing and come back the next day to paint my exterior stair rails. I asked them if they were going to do any prep before they painted and I was informed that as far as they knew all they had to do was paint. So again I called Matt so he could ensure the job was done as agreed and he said he'd take care of it. About ten minutes later he calls me back and asks me to have the lead painter give him a call , that he was unable to reach him. I told them and everything was done as agreed. The painters did a good job and I'm very happy with their work. What I'm not so happy about is the disconnect/lack of communication that transpired after I paid my deposit. I had to cancel a trip to the beach with my wife because I was waiting on painters and then I had to play go between for the contract to be carried out as agreed. That's not good business quick on the money short on the follow through.
