Foggy residues and hard-water spots are distracting, and make glass appear dirtier than it is. Annealed, tempered and coated are common types of glass found within homes and vehicles. To clean annealed glass, use soapy water to soak the window. When cleaning tempered glass, use a high-quality glass cleaner with a soft cloth to dry, as it scratches easily. For coated glass, never use a sharp tool or cleaner with ammonia. A gentle technique is required to ensure it doesn’t get damaged.
