Your customer service efforts have always been top-notch. Whenever I have a question or whenever a problem occurs, you are quick to respond and always indicate a sincere interest in answering my question or solving my problem. Kenneth Cagle personifies this approach and apparently makes it apparent to his employees to do the same. Your service reps are dependable and they show up when they say they will. When they are in my home, they are careful when moving about the house and they use shoe "boot covers" when appropriate. I am pleased with the performance of the HVAC systems (geothermal) that I have purchased. My only non-positive (note that I am not saying "negative") issue I have is as a long-running customer--who I believe was one of the first of your customers to request a "spring/fall" tune-up visit--is a little disappointed to have a check-up visit run in excess of $360. Doing that twice a year is tough.

Still don't know what the problem is although it costed me $443 just to check for leaks and found none and fill it back up with freon. Heat still is not hot at all. Hospitality was good.
